About

Thirty-five years experience in aircraft engines materials engineering discipline (22 years at GE Aircraft Engines).  Product experience spans from cast superalloy airfoils and titanium compressor impellers to PM extruded superalloy disks.  Co-Inventor or Development Team leader for Rene104 (ME3), NF3 (developed with PW under Navy funded contract) and project leader for scale up and introduction of U720 into Rolls Royce engines (work prior to GE).

Currently Consulting Engineer responsible for the understanding of the mechanical behavior of materials including development of mission simulative testing of materials in relevant environments.  Co-chair of the engineer design board responsible for metallic materials and co-inventor of the next generation of nickel disk superalloys.
