Dr. Barborak has over thirty years’ experience performing and managing welding related research and development projects with expertise in arc welding processes and technology. He has worked in many industrial segments including Fossil and Nuclear Power Generation, Heavy Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas.

2008-2009: Senior Engineering Team Leader, Caterpillar, Inc.
1997-2008: Partner & Vice President, WeldQC Inc.
1990-1997: Senior Research Engineer, Edison Welding Institute.
