Department Scholarships

Through the generous donations of our alumni and friends, more than $200,000 is awarded each year to students in the MSE and Welding Engineering programs. More than 30 scholarship funds--in addition to other private, university, state and federal financial assistance--are available to aid our students.

Our scholarships are meant to recruit and retain students reflecting the values of our department. Scholarships are awarded to eligible students based on merit, need, and diversity.
