The GradSWE Graduate Student & Postdoc Industry Recruitment Event (GradSWE-GSPIRE) is an informal way to interact with employers who hire individuals with advanced degree and experience. Some employers will have internships, some full-time technical positions available now, while other companies will be promoting future opportunities not yet available. The GradSWE Career Fair is an annual career fair co-hosted by the Office of Graduate Education and the Graduate Chapter of Society of Women Engineers in partnership with Engineering Career Services.

While this event is hosted by the Graduate Chapter of Society of Women Engineers, it is open to ALL MS/PhD/Postdoc engineers, and you are encouraged to attend this event, as well as the ECS SWE Career Fairs, both virtual (Jan. 30th) and in-person (Jan. 31st) from 1-5 pm ET.

When is the fair?

The 2023 GradSWE Career Fair (IN-PERSON) will be held on Wednesday, February 1st, from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm ET at the Ohio Union in the Cartoon Room. You are strongly encouraged to apply to at least one job posting of interest that has been posted by an attending employer through Handshake prior to the career fair, but this is NOT required to attend.

Who can attend the fair?

All MS/PhD/Postdocs in the STEM disciplines are encouraged to attend the GradSWE-GSPIRE Career Fair. So, if you are looking for a co-op, internship, or full-time technical job opportunity, you should plan to attend! ALL are welcome!

When does registration open and how do I register?
