Wisdom from Black Women in STEM: How to be an active ally

All dates for this event occur in the past.

Our very own incoming professor Aeriel Murphy-Leonard is organizing and hosting a virtual discussion, “Wisdom From Black Women in STEM: How To Be An Active Ally".  The role of the ally (and advocate) in social justice efforts cannot be understated, and while it is something that many of us strive toward, it is sometimes difficult to know what to do and how to be impactful. This session promises to be an engaging and informative discussion and will likely be of interest to many of us.
