2019 All Hands Meeting
The 2019 DOE EFRC WastePD all hands meeting will be held at University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.
The pre-meetings (Oct. 28) will be held in at UNT Gateway Center on the main campus. In the afternoon after 3 PM, we will have a facility tour to the UNT Discover Park where the Engineering College is located. UNT Discovery Park is about four miles north of the main campus.
The regular meetings (Oct. 29 and 30) will be held at UNT Gateway Center on the main campus.

The address of the UNT Gateway Center (map below) is 801 N Texas Blvd, Denton, TX 76201. It is on North Texas Blvd and on the opposite side of the Murchison Performing Arts Center on UNT main campus. The address of the UNT Discovery Park (map below) is 3940 N Elm St, Denton, TX 76207. It is off US Highway 77 and about four miles north from UNT main campus. There are several parking lots at Discovery park. Guest parking are available at parking lot 91, 92 (turn left after gate entrance at Discovery Park) and 95 (turn right after gate entrance).
Direction from DFW airport
Take airport tollway north to TX-121. Exit east on TX-121 and continue to Lewisville to I-35 East. Turn left from TX-121 to I-35E going north. To UNT Gateway Center: continue on I-35E into Denton and exit number 466B toward North Texas Boulevard. Turn right onto North Texas Boulevard. Once past Eagle Drive, the Gateway Center will be on the right. To UNT Discovery Park: continue on I-35 E into Denton and take exit number 470 to Loop 288/US77, and turn right (east) on US 77 - North Elm St. Discovery Park is at 3940 N Elm on your left. After the gate, turn left to parking lot 92 or 93 or turn right and drive about a mile loop to parking lot 95.

Airport access
University of North Texas is located in Denton, Texas within the Dallas – Fort Worth Metropolitan area. UNT can be reached by two airports: the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport and the Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport. DFW is about 27 miles south of Denton (~ 30 min drive) and DAL is about 36 miles southeast of Denton (~ 45 min drive). DFW has many direct flights to domestic and international destinations and is slightly closer to Denton.
Local transportation
Rental car services are available in both DFW and DAL airports. Taxi, Uber and Lift are also very conveniently available in the airports and in Denton. Both designated hotels (and potentially other hotels) have shuttle services to UNT campus and locations in town.
