Online Learning in Welding Engineering

100% online Master of Science in Welding Engineering

The domestic and global demand for welding engineers is increasing dramatically. The purpose of this program is to provide a welding engineering curriculum resulting in a Master of Science in Welding Engineering (MSWE) degree that is accessible to applicants from around the world. This program is designed for individuals who are working in a welding engineering or welding-related job and wish to achieve a graduate degree, or obtain graduate credit, in Welding Engineering, and for those who wish to retrain for a welding engineering related position. All courses offered through this program are available online.

Our on-line education courses allow students from around the world to access our graduate-level courses with no on-campus residency requirement. Additionally, these courses are billed at the in-state rate, regardless of the student's citizenship or location.

Please note: Our department offers only a Master's non-thesis degree in Welding Engineering in the fully on-line format; we do not offer an online BS or PhD in Welding Engineering, nor do we offer online degrees in Materials Science and Engineering.
