Request for Transfer Credit Evaluation
Transfer Students to OSU requesting credit for any MATSCEN course taken elsewhere must submit the Request for Transfer Credit Evaluation, along with their Transfer Credit Report, and the course syllabus that shows the textbook and assignments covered.
